This is a quick checklist of a few things every woman can do to get fit!
- Do Your Pull-Ups – This is perhaps one of the most effective upper-body exercises you can do. It strengthens a number of different areas including the lats, shoulders, middle back and your biceps
- Start Rowing – The rowing machine is an effective way to get your heart rate up, and is better than a stationary bike or a treadmill since it also engages your core and upper body.
- Balanced Meals – Do not cut out carbs. Just make sure your meals are balanced.
